The Genesis Foundation was created to increase homeownership opportunities and to move more Americans into an equity position while maintaining, beautifying, and developing communities.

The Genesis Foundation provides gift funds to qualified buyers who are purchasing a Participating Home using any eligible Loan Program.

Under The Genesis Foundation, qualified buyers are able to purchase and finance Genesis-participating homes to be owner-occupied with as little as 0% down.

The Genesis Foundation is a community-focused, charitable organization.

By consenting to gift back 3.75% of the contract sale price of your home to The Genesis Foundation, you will gain improved marketability and an increased number of prospective buyers looking at your home.  Over 85% of funds generated by The Genesis Foundation will be used to enhance housing opportunities in your community.  There are no other fees incurred by enrolling your property in the program.
